How do I cancel my policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with the Policy, you have the right to cancel the Policy during cooling-off period. 
 With a policy underwritten by AXA, you can
 • Return the policy to AXA (if applicable); and
 • Provide written notice of your request to cancel the policy, signed by you.

 Your written notice of cancellation of the policy must be signed by you and emailed to Airstar Customer Services' email enquiry.ins@airstarbank.com and received directly within the following period; immediately after the policy or cooling-off period notice* is delivered to you or your designee Within 21 calendar days from the date of representation (whichever is earlier).
 * A cooling-off period notice is a notice (separate from the policy) given to you or your designated representative advising you of your right to cancel the policy within the 21 calendar day period.
 If you have made a claim on the relevant policy and received compensation, the premium and premium levy will not be reimbursed.
