Update Personal Information

My mobile number is changed. How do I update it?

If you have already activated Account Password and still have access to the previous mobile number registered with the Bank to receive SMS, please follow the steps below:
 
After logging into the Airstar Bank Mobile App,select ""Account"" >""All"" > ""Personal Information"" > ""Mobile Number"" and follow the instructions to update your mobile number.
 
If your mobile number registered with the Bank is not able to receive SMS, please contact our Customer Service Officer at 24-hour Banking Holtine (852)3718 1818 for assistance.

 

My email address is changed. How do I update it?

Please login to the Airstar Bank Mobiile App, select ""Account"" >""All"" > ""Personal Information"" > ""Email Address"" and follow the instructions to update your email address.
