Thank you for your interest to apply for our banking services. To open an account, please download the Airstar Bank App via your mobile phone App stores. Just by following the instructions to fill in some basic information to facilitate the operation of your account in future, you will complete opening an Airstar Bank account in a short while.
Requirement on mobile phone are able to download Airstar Bank Mobile App: iPhone models with iOS 15.5 or above, and smart phones with android operating system 7.0 or above support Airstar Bank mobile application. Airstar Bank mobile application currently does not support certain Nokia devices with Android operating system 12.0 (including Nokia 3.4 or 5.4 mobile phones).

2. Physically present in Hong Kong at the time of account opening application
3. Holder of original and valid Resident Identity Card of the People's Republic of China
4. Having and provide a valid Hong Kong or Chinese Mainland mobile phone number for receiving SMS and identity authentication.
5. To provide a valid entry and exit record documents downloaded from National Immigration Administration (if required)"
You need to come to Hong Kong in person to open an account. Airstar Bank is a licensed bank in Hong Kong and can only provide account opening service in Hong Kong for people with valid identity documents.

There is no minimum deposit requirement to open an Airstar Bank account.
You only need to be in Hong Kong at the time of account opening application and submission of the application.

At present, loan services are not supported for visitors in Hong Kong.
There are no fees for opening an account.
