If my physical Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card is lost or stolen, where can I report the loss?

You should lock your card in the Airstar Bank Mobile App immediately and notify us via the following channels, we also suggest you contact the Police simultaneously if you know or suspect that:
 
(a) your PIN has been disclosed or used by any unauthorised person;
(b) any other person has gained unauthorised access or possession of your Card or used your Card improperly;
(c) your Card is lost or stolen;
(d) a fraudulent or unauthorised bank transfer or bill payment has been made using your Card.
 
To lock your card in Mobile App, select “Card Lock” in “Card” page

You may be liable for losses incurred if your Card is used for unauthorised transactions before you notify the Bank of the loss or stolen of your Card/authentication factors or compromised.
 
If your Card is lost or stolen without fraud or gross negligence and you notify the Bank as soon as practicable after discovering the loss, stolen or compromise of your Card or the authentication factors, your maximum liability in respect of unauthorised transactions before notifying the Bank is HK$500.
 
You shall be liable for all losses and damages in respect of the use of your Card if you have acted fraudulently or grossly negligently; failed to inform us as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware that your Card has been lost, stolen or the PIN has been disclosed to an unauthorised person; or failed to follow the safeguards or comply with your obligations under Terms and Conditions of Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card or other recommendations issued by us from time to time regarding the safety and security of your Card and the PIN.
