Account password is a security verification feature within the Airstar Bank App. It is used to verify identity when you log in, transfer fund and view sensitive information, providing protection for your account and transactions.
Your account password should:
• be different from passwords used for other purposes
• not be 6 identical or consecutive numbers
• not be based on guessable information such as your name, personal telephone number, birthday or other personal information
You are advised to change your password regularly. If you have not changed your password over certain period of time, our system will remind you automatically.
If you have forgotten your Password, you may reset it via the Airstar Bank Mobile App. To reset your Password, you need to ensure that the mobile phone number you registered with our bank can receive SMS.
