Remittances can be made to registered Weixin Pay users who use the "Mainland China Second Generation Resident Identity Card" or "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" to pass Weixin Pay real-name authentication, and are linked to a bank card in the PRC or have a Weixin Wallet account.
