Some users may be asked to submit supporting documents during the remittance funds collection process. This is pursuant to the requirements of the cooperating bank that provides remittance funds collection services, as well as the user service agreement and the authorization of the inward remittance service agreement that you signed. The purposes of remittance can only be either (a) "Family Support" - the authenticity of the "Family Support" remittance will be verified, so you are required to provide documents to prove the kinship between you and the remitter; (b) "Salary" - the authenticity of the "salary" remittance will be verified, so you are required to provide documents to prove that the remittance funds belongs to the remitter's wage, salary or income.
