Mobile Device Security

• Always install the Airstar Bank App on your mobile device from trusted sources only, we recommend using the App Store for Apple devices, Google Play for Android™ devices, or our official website to ensure the app’s authenticity and security. Do not download applications from third-party websites, unofficial app stores, or suspicious QR codes.
 • For iOS users, do not jailbreak your device or attempt any unauthorized modifications. For Android users, do not obtain root access or tamper with your device.
 • Keep your device’s operating system (OS) and applications up to date to ensure you receive the latest security patches.
 • Always use trusted Wi-Fi networks or mobile service providers, and avoid conducting online banking or transactions over public Wi-Fi.
 • Disable wireless communication features (such as Bluetooth and NFC) when not in use.
 • Install and regularly update anti-virus and anti-spyware software on your device, and review app permission settings periodically.
 • Set your device to auto-lock after a short period of inactivity, and enable password lock, fingerprint authentication, or Face ID on iOS.
 • Users should always log out after using the Airstar Bank mobile banking app.
 • Never record your passwords in plain text, or write them on devices used for e-banking services, or on items stored together with such devices.
 • Avoid sharing your device with others and do not use other people's devices to log on to your private accounts.
 • If you discover or suspect that your e-banking password or device has been compromised, lost, or stolen, or if your account shows unauthorized transactions, please change your password immediately and notify the Bank without delay.
