Notice of Revision and Consolidation of the Terms and Conditions of Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for using the banking services of Airstar Bank Limited ("the Bank" or "we"). We will revise and consolidate the "Terms and Conditions of Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card" and the "Terms and Conditions of Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card (for Customers with Multi-currency Transaction Function Enabled)" into the "Terms and Conditions of Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card". The relevant revisions will come into effect on March 12, 2026 (the "Effective Date").
The following is a summary of the changes:

Clause 3 Definitions

Added the definitions of "Eligible Assets", "Payment Sources", and "Preferred Payment Source"

Based on the revised definitions, updated the corresponding wording in clauses 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6

Based on the revised definitions, updated the corresponding wording in clauses 7.9

This revision will not change the basic rights and interests you enjoy as a cardholder, including account security, transaction limits, card reporting service, and dispute resolution mechanism. If you do not raise any objections or terminate your account before the Effective Date, it will be deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of the new terms.
The "Terms and Conditions of Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card" can be viewed in the email attachment. If you do not accept the relevant terms, the Bank will be unable to continue providing you with bank card services after the Effective Date, or you may terminate your Airstar Bank account in accordance with Clause 12, Part 1 of the existing "Terms and Conditions of Use of Digital Banking Services".
