Can I cancel/ modify the instruction after filling out the incorrect recipient name or recipient phone number?

Incorrect recipient name and phone number will cause the remittance to fail, and the intended recipient will not be able to collect the funds from this failed transaction. Currently, we do not supported cancellation of an accepted transaction, the funds will only be refunded via the original remittance route (i.e. through WeRemit back to the remitter's Airstar Bank account) normally after 48 hours pursuant to WeRemit receiving remittance instructions from Airstar Bank.
