What is Faster Payment System ("FPS")?

Faster Payment Services (FPS) is a real-time payment platform which is provided by Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited. One of its popular functions is using mobile numbers or email addresses to make local money transfers. You may use the Airstar Bank Mobile App to transfer money in HKD and CNY to any participating local banks and stored value facilities. This service is available 7x24 and free of charge.
