Your physical card will be sent via ordinary mail. Delivery is expected to take 15 business days for Hong Kong, and 8–12 business days for Mainland China.
If the mailing address is incorrect, or you have not received the physical card, please check if you received any email from Airstar Bank about the return letter.
Please log in to the Airstar Bank mobile app to confirm that your correspondence address is correct, then contact our customer support. We will assist you.
Update your mailing address by below steps:
1. Log in to the Airstar Bank Mobile App
2. Select “Card”
3. Select “Apply for Physical Card”
4. Select “Address”
5. Select the address information item you would like to update
