How do I cancel an autopay authorisation transaction?

We recommend that you make a request with the merchant to cancel the autopay authorisation transaction. If the merchant is unable to assist (for example, when the merchant has announced that it has suspended or closed its business and cannot be contacted), please contact us as soon as possible regarding the transaction.

Please note that we will do our best to assist you with your request, but this does not equate to the cancellation of the service contract or agreement between you and the merchant.
