Since Airstar Bank Visa Platinum Card has no credit limit, the relevant authorized amount will be temporarily deducted from your HKD Savings account and awaited for settlement by the merchant.
If the merchant does not proceed with the transaction (settlement/reversal) within the settlement period (usually 30 days), the bank will temporarily refund the deducted amount to the cardholder’s account.
If the merchant settles the relevant transaction later (for example, after 30 days), the bank will debit the amount from your HKD Savings account.
If you are using your debit card for a recurring payment instruction and wish to cancel the recurring payment instruction, please contact the merchant directly to make the appropriate arrangements.
