② When cash dividends are paid on HK stocks, Airstar will collect two types of fees:
A. Registration and transfer fee of HK$1.5/lot. Shares of less than one lot are counted as one lot. If the total cash dividend amount is less than the registration and transfer fee, clients will not be charged for the deficit. (The registration and transfer fee is calculated based on the number of shares added between the previous registration date and the current registration date; if no shares have been added, no registration and transfer fee will be charged.)
B. Dividend collection service fee of 0.2% of the total cash dividend amount, subject to a minimum of HK$30 if the total cash dividend amount minus the registration and transfer fee is greater than HK$60.
● If the total cash dividend amount minus the registration and transfer fee is 0, no dividend collection service fee will be charged.
● If the total cash dividend amount minus the registration and transfer fee is greater than 0 but not greater than HK$60, the dividend collection service fee will be 0.2% of the total cash dividend amount.
● If the total cash dividend amount minus the registration and transfer fee is greater than HK$60, the dividend collection service fee will be 0.2% of the total cash dividend amount, subject to a minimum of HK$30.
