Visitors to Hong Kong can open investment accounts while in Hong Kong.
Thank you for your interest in our investment services. To open an account, please download the Airstar Bank app from your app store at any time.
1. Apply for both a bank account and an investment account concurrently.
2. If you already have a bank account, simply go to the Homepage (Overview) - Investment Account in the app to apply.
Clients can apply to open an investment account if they meet the following conditions:
1. Have applied for or already hold an Airstar Bank account.
2. Provide valid proof of address.
3. Provide a valid Employer's Letter of Consent (if required).
4. Provide valid tax identification (if required).
Notes:
1. Visitors to Hong Kong applying to open an investment account for the first time must be physically present in Hong Kong to complete the application.
2. If a visitor's residential address is the same as the address on their identity document, they do not need to provide separate proof of address again.
Visitors to Hong Kong who have already opened an Airstar Bank account can apply for an investment account while in Hong Kong. If they leave Hong Kong before completing the application, they can simply resume and complete the process on their next visit.
