For security reasons, if you log in to your bank account on a new device for the first time, you need to perform facial recognition for security authentication. Once you have successfully logged in, that device will be authorized, and you will not be asked to go through verification again when you log in to your bank account on the same device next time.
Reminder:
1. Please remove the device from the list of authorized devices within the Airstar Bank Mobile App by selecting ""Personal"" in the top left corner > ""Passwords & Security"" > ""Device authorisation"" if your device is no longer in use.
2. You can have up to two authorized devices.
