If you suspect you have been the victim of fraud, you should lock your card in the Airstar Bank Mobile App immediately and notify us as soon as possible. In the meantime, please refer to the terms and conditions of your card to understand your responsibilities and protection in the event of loss or stolen of your card. We also suggest you contact the Police simultaneously.
To lock your card in the Airstar Bank Mobile App, select “Card Lock” at the “Card” page.
If there is a certain card transaction that you suspect is fraudulent and would like to raise a disupte, You may select “Card” in the Airstar Bank Mobile App and select “Any questions about this transaction?” on the “Spending Bill” page at the top right corner, and follow the instructions for application.
