What should I/we do when I found a fund is transferred mistakenly to us?

You should contact your Relationship Manager or our Banking Hotline at (852) 3718 1818 to arrange the return of fund to the sender at the earliest convenience. The fund will be returned via the Bank. You/your company could be criminally liable if you reject the refund.
