What should I do if my mobile phone is lost or stolen?

If you are Administration User, please contact Customer Service Hotline or Relationship Manager to suspend your Corporate Internet Banking Services immediately. For re-

activation, please complete “Corporate Internet Banking Service Amendment Form” to request user re-activation and submit the form by the following ways:

 

    1. Post to Corporate Banking Department, Airstar Bank Limited, Suites 3201-07, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
    2. Email to corporatebanking@airstarbank.com; or
    3. Submit to your Relationship Manager in person.

 

If you are Normal Users i.e. Maker or Approver, please contact your Administration User to suspend the user account on Corporate Internet Banking by going to “System

Administration” > “User Management” and clicking “Detail” in the row of the relevant user to access “Personal Information”. Then, you will be able to click “Suspend” at the bottom.

 

Administration User can also reactive the user account by going to “System Administration” > “User Management” and clicking “Details” in the row of the relevant user to access “Personal Information”. Then, you will be able to click “Reactivate” at the bottom.
