Please try to solve the issue by the following ways and request another SMS One Time Password.

 

    1. Check if the phone is down or the phone number is in arrears.
    2. Check if SMS is blocked by the blocking application in the phone.
    3. Check the mobile phone network conditions, when the mobile phone signal is poor, there may be delays or unreceiving situations.

 

Please request a new SMS One Time Password again after 60 seconds.
