What should I do if I didn’t receive the initial password for “Corporate Token” activation?

If you are the Administration User, please complete the “Corporate Internet Banking Services Amendment Form” and submit the form by the following ways to request a new 6-digit One Time Password (Postal).

 

    1. Post to Corporate Banking Department, Airstar Bank Limited, Suites 3201-07, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
    2. Email to corporatebanking@airstarbank.com; or
    3. Submit to your Relationship Manager in person.

 

If you are the Normal User, your initial password should be created by the Administration User(s) during the profile set up. If the password is missed, Administration User can go to “System Administration” > “User Management” and click “Details” > “Reset Password” in the row of the relevant user.
