No, you have to submit the “Corporate Internet Banking Services Amendment Form” by the following ways to reactivate the suspended e-banking service.

  1. Post to Corporate Banking Department, Airstar Bank Limited, Suites 3201-07, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
  2. Email to corporatebanking@airstarbank.com; or
  3. Submit to your Relationship Manager in person.
