What should I do if my user account is locked because of entering incorrect password in the “Corporate Token” or when I login to Corporate Internet Banking for more than five times?

If you are Administration User, please complete “Corporate Internet Banking Service Amendment Form” and submit the form by the following ways to request unlock your “Corporate Internet Banking Service”.

 

    1. Post to Corporate Banking Department, Airstar Bank Limited, Suites 3201-07, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
    2. Email to corporatebanking@airstarbank.com; or
    3. Submit to your Relationship Manager in person.

 

If you are Normal Users (i.e. Maker or Approver), please contact your Administration User. Administration User can access “System Administration” > “User Management” and click “Details” in the row of the relevant user to access “Personal Information”. Then, you will be able to click “Unlock” at the bottom.
