What should I do if I forgot the “Corporate Token” password created by myself?

If you are Administration User, please complete “Corporate Internet Banking Service Amendment Form” and submit the form by the following ways to request a new 6-digit One Time Password (Postal).

    1. Post to Corporate Banking Department, Airstar Bank Limited, Suites 3201-07, Tower 5, The Gateway, Harbour City, Kowloon, Hong Kong;
    2. Email to corporatebanking@airstarbank.com; or
    3. Submit to your Relationship Manager in person.

 

A paper notification letter with a new 6-digit One Time Password (Postal) will be sent by post to reactivate the “Corporate Token “. Administration User will be able to create a new login password.

 

If you are Normal Users (i.e. Maker or Approver), please contact your Administration User who can reset the “Corporate Token” password on Corporate Internet Banking by accessing “System Administration” > “User Management” and clicking “Details” > “Reset Password” in the row of the relevant user.
