You may request for upgrade your Streamlined Corporate Account anytime, whenever the standard corporate account better fits your growing business scope and operation needs.

If you would like to upgrade your account, please send an email to corporatebanking@airstarbank.com and state "Streamlined Corporate Account Upgrade" in the subject. Upon receiving your email, a meeting with our bank staff will be arranged for further understanding of your company profile and background of business transactions, where supporting documents will be collected (examples of documents include invoices, business plan, contracts and audited financial statements, etc). We will notify you with the upgrade application result within 3 working days.
